Support for Fitts Village Football Club
on October 30th, 2014 in News by The Brewster TrustHead-coach Nicole McKenzie contacted THE BREWSTER TRUST on behalf of The Fitts Village Football Club and asked for some support with regards to the basic needs for their programme – footballs.
The Fitts Village Football Club started on 24th May 2014 on the field of the Good Shepherd Primary School, on that day the club counted 7 males ages 10-16, the numbers increased every week from that point; at present Fitts Village Football Club has 27 participants ranging in ages from 7-17 males with 9 females ranging in ages from 13-25.
Basically the young club uses FIFA 11+ warm-up routines and drills; one of the parents, Vincent Haynes, who played for a number of clubs in Barbados including Trents FC has been offering some assistance with the actually game play.
THE BREWSTER TRUST agreed to donate some footballs.
We wish The Fitts Village Football Club best of success on its mission.
