Further support for BSSFL
on August 10th, 2019 in News by The Brewster TrustThe Barbados Secondary Schools’ Football League (BSSFL) and THE BREWSTER TRUST have developed a premium bonus system, the ‘Football Currency’. The basic idea is to award participating schools in the BSSFL according to specific criteria e.g. commitment or fair play. The premium is ‘paid’ in footballs.
In August 2019 the premiums for the season 2018/2019 have been handed over: a total of 613 footballs with ball bags and pumps to 25 schools.
38 footballs was the top premium for the last season.
