Personal profile
- I am an energetic hard-working individual, who has a lot to give and great leadership skills. I am reliable, punctual, trustworthy and an organised worker. I am fluent in Spanish and English and pride myself in establishing good working relationships with my peers. I always look to give 100% to my work, which gives me great satisfaction. I am confident that I can achieve my aims and objectives set, particularly if the work I do relates to people and team work.
Skills, achievements & education
- Obtained 12 A*-C GCSE’s including English, Mathematics, Science, Physical Education and 3 languages
- Achieved A levels in Spanish, Physical Education and AS levels in Psychology and Business
- I have become competent offering good customer service
- Completed an intensive week in Bar School and Graduated as a Bar Tender
- Qualified as a First Aider and Level 1 Football Coach
- Completed a Limited Resource Teacher Training course
- Coached football and taught primary science in Uganda for 3 months
Work experience
- Gymbox – Westfield (May 2012 – Present): My role in this eminent Gym as a Receptionist has allowed me to gain knowledge in how a business works. As front of house I am required to greet people and make them feel welcome as well as offering the best service to their needs. Other important tasks include admin work such as answering phone calls, debt calls, filing, emailing and dealing with all further enquiries. I am responsible for opening up and closing the facilities as well as restocking products. An important insight into sales techniques has been learnt as well as the valuable skill of managing and training new staff
- Freedom Recruitment (December 2011 – February 2012): Was placed in several luxury retail stores such as Selfridges, Calvin Klein, YSL and Armani where excellent customer service and assistance was provided
- Piccadilly Institute Club, Piccadilly Circus (October 2011 – December 2011): Bar Tender. Duties included working in very busy conditions whilst making drinks for customers, working on tills and cleaning the bar at the end of the night
FootAsylum – Westfield, (September 2010 – September 2011): I learnt many skills working here as a valuable Sales Assistant for a year. Duties included working on tills, serving customers on both footwear and apparel/fitting rooms, making sure they got the best service possible. Making sure standards and replenishment of the entire shop-floor were accomplished. Answering phone calls, taking care of delivery and cashing up with head staff - Yare Latin Night Club – Vox, Vauxhall (November 2010 – January 2011): My role as a General Clerk on weekend nights included many responsibilities. Tasks such as welcoming people, working on tills and taking control of all income at the door
- Dorothy Perkins – Westfield (October 2009 – May 2010): Worked here for 7 months as a Sales Assistant. My duties included maintaining the shop-floor, greeting and helping customers and supervising the fitting rooms
Hobbies
- I love to play a lot of sport, and have a passion for football. Other interests include dancing, socialising, meeting new people and spending time at the gym.
